This agreement is between you, the user, and Keycorp
Developments Pty Limited trading as Lamrock Lodge Bondi Beach ( Lamrock
Lodge ) .
1 . You acknowledge that Lamrock Lodge
facilitates confirmed reservations for accommodation services
and that Lamrock Lodge own, operate, or provide your accommodation.
2 . When you make a reservation, you
shall pay a non-refundable deposit equal to one night stay. Rates
vary according to seasons. The balance is payable to
Lamrock Lodge upon arrival.
3. The rates provided for
you on this website are available through Keycorp
Developments Pty Limited Trading As Lamrock Lodge (LAMROCK
LODGE). Rates advertised on our website are subject
to availability.
4. Your credit card will
be charged ONLY after the booking is confirmed.
Once the credit card is processed, we will email your CONFIRMATION.
Please note, that on rare occasions, the booking
may be charged in a different currency to the one you chose
on the website, or were quoted in. The cost of your booking
is converted using our bank's exchange rates on the day of
the transaction. All transactional and charge information
will be shown on your Receipt/Invoice.
5. Due to processing requirements,
on occasion LAMROCK LODGE is unable to confirm
a reservation immediately. Below is the usual response time
taken to confirm reservations for LAMROCK LODGE when
immediate confirmation is not available:
Disclaimer: Whilst we endeavour to process
your booking request within the time guidelines shown above,
unfortunately at times we are unable to finalise your request
within this limit. Circumstances that may cause delays in
replying to you include international public holidays and
time zone differences.
6. If you cancel after receiving
your confirmation (email or any means) or you fail arriving
to the Lodge, you will lose your one night deposit.
Bookings during Christmas Festive Season (from December 20th to January 2nd)
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $125 per person must be paid for bookings during Christmas Festive Season from December 20th to January 2nd.
Important note - The default
currency to be used for cancellation fees will be AUSD.
7. All cancellations must
be made IN WRITING using one of the following
methods:

When you contact us, we require the following, so that
we may efficiently process your request and reply to you:
- Email Address used in the booking
- Name and Surname used
in the booking
- Original booking details
A Cancellation must be confirmed back to
you by one of our consultants. If you have not received
a confirmation of the cancellation within 24 hours after
submission, it means we have not received it and you must
resubmit it.
8 . You must use a credit
card to guarantee a reservation. You can pay through our
website payment gateway system which security is ensured
by GeoTrust through 128 bit encryption. You agree that all information you provide,
including credit card information will be accurate and
complete.
9 . Lamrock Lodge makes all reasonable
efforts to ensure that all credit card transactions are secure.
However, if unauthorized charges appear on your credit card
statement for the card used on Lamrock Lodge at any time
during or after you make your reservation, Lamrock Lodge
is not liable or responsible in any way for any damage or
loss suffered.
10 . Deposit is non-refundable. In the
highly unlikely event of a problem arising, our liability
to you, if any, is limited to the deposit you paid.
11 . Cancellation must be made via email
(admin@lamrocklodge.com)
or fax +61 2 9300 9582. Lamrock Lodge does not accept responsibility
for cancellations by the user regardless of the circumstances
in which the cancellation is made.
12 . All amendments to your reservation
must be notified to and agreed with Lamrock Lodge
directly.
13 . It shall be the user’s
responsibility to disclose to the Lamrock Lodge any physical
or mental condition to which you or a member of your party
is subject to and of which to the Lamrock Lodge should be
notified and which may require special facilities.
14 . We will, but are not responsible for,
issue notification from the Lamrock Lodge website to confirm
your reservation. Upon completion of the initial transaction
Lamrock Lodge is not responsible for any overbooking, or
other issue that may arise between the user and the Lamrock
Lodge .
15 . All transactions through the Lamrock
Lodge website are final..
16 . In the event of no-show without cancellation,
Lamrock Lodge has the right to charge the first nights accommodation..
17 . It’s responsibility of the end
user to keep updated with any changes made by the Lamrock
Lodge within their own specific policies or Terms and Conditions.
18 . Lamrock Lodge reserves the right to
change these terms and conditions as well as the contents
of this website for any reason and without notice. This right
shall not affect the terms and conditions accepted by you
upon making a legitimate reservation.
19 . This agreement shall be governed by
the laws of the state on New South Wales , Australia Law
applicable therein.
